After travelling through Europe in 2008, we fell in love with a spectacular region: Puglia, in southern Italy.
That region welcomed us immediately. We purchased an olive grove there and now produce our own olive oil: La Nostra.
What makes us distinct is that direct link between the land, the production, and the selection we now share in Quebec, with a home rooted there and personal service here.
Every other product in the house is also chosen in Italy with the same commitment to origin, quality, and truth on the label.
Because there is only one Italy, we pay close attention to true origin and to what every label actually says.
